Suite Cavedano extends over two floors and boasts a wide private dehor enclosed by a hedge of Macrophyllia hortensia in the shadow of a thriving beech tree.
At the garden floor we find the wide entrance, living room, built-in kitchen and a spacious bathroom; while located on the mezzanine there is master bedroom overlooking the living area, a walk-in closet and a bathroom.
The wallpaper sinuous motif in Teal emphasizes the entrance and the same, brighter color covers all the apartment, playing in contrast with the red of railing, chairs and of the edging of the parchment lampshade enlightening the dining area.
An original 1960s table with a central beechwood leg and retro-painted glass tabletop combines with a self-sustaining bookcase developing in vertical with tapered sides. A fine console table from the 1940s, with its two drawers and the mirror bottom, decorates the entrance illuminated by the iconical Moni by Flos.
Flooring is made of large Ceppo Lombardo stone tiles at ground floor, and of durmast planks at the upper floor.
The built-in kitchen has a steel countertop and includes induction cooking plate, microwave oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher; all enhanced by a double led lighting.
Bathrooms are covered with white rectangular ceramic tiles and boast showers with crystal walls; sinks lean against flat Ceppo Lombardo surfaces bordered in brass, mirrors are also framed in brass and the double cone appliques are in 1960s-style.
